All functions can be simulated true to scaleThe tailgate can, of course, be moved up all the way to allow for the effortless unloading of the cargo. When the skip is closed, a lever on the rear can be used to release the discharge opening to improve the dosing of fine bulk goods. Moreover, the supports in the front area of the semi-trailer can be variably extended, ensuring that the uncoupled semi-trailer will be propped up with the same stability as its real-life sibling. As you can expect from WIKING, the wheel chocks have been given particular attention. They have been inserted on either side of the semi-trailer and can be placed in position under the wheels when necessary.

Embodying the latest generation of transport vehicles in agriculture, it serves as an alternative to the familiar push-off trailers, which used to be reigning in the domain of bulk goods: Thanks to its ground conveyor technology, the Bandit SB 30/1070 semi-trailer from Krampe is not raised in everyday operation and can therefore also be unloaded in low halls. WIKING’s miniaturised version of the horizontal unloader is equipped with true-to-scale features and rolls into the series draped in Krampe’s signature red. The system is distinguished by its high degree of stability during the unloading process, ensuring reliability and opening up a broad range of applications. In addition to loads such as grain, silage, manure, wood chip, pellets or shredded products, loads that stick – such as compost and slurry – can be unloaded leaving hardly a trace. When discharging shape-retaining goods such as compost, the conveyor belt system of the Bandit SB II 30/1070 achieves an unusually high material cone and virtually pushes both tractor unit and trailer forward during the unloading process. This is ideal as it offsets the insufficient grip caused by the relief of the semi-trailers rear axle and lets the combination start moving again when it needs to exit the unloading site. The swift unloading time of 80 seconds is another plus during short cycle unloading. Also of great benefit is its easy cleaning compared to the push floor system. Equally ideal is the non-slip floor, which is also suited for transporting palletized goods, bales of straw or big packs when combined with the loading option. The Krampe original has a permissible gross weight and payload of 35 tonnes and 27 tonnes, respectively.
