The focus of this year's edition is on the exciting history of “Deutsche Möbelspedition” and “Confern” – both moving companies heralded in the era of true-to-prototype advertising models in the annual WIKING model range at the onset of the 1970s. In addition, the legendary 3-axle Büssing 12000 takes center stage: its wooden model was discovered in the WIKING archive ten years ago and has been carried forward as a worthwhile project for reconstruction in the 1:87 scale. Moreover, WIKING “MAGAZIN 2014” reports on the background of numerous new models of the ongoing program year and takes a look back at the new models of 25 and 50 years ago.
